Inclusions: 1 x pre-production strategy call (30 mins) 1 x shoot session (from 2 - 8 hours onsite) Interview with key leadership and stakeholders B-roll of workplace, team, customers (if possible) and operations On-screen text and logo animations Royalty-free music 1 x 90–120 second final video 1 x 30-second social cutdown 2 rounds of complimentary revisions Creating brand videos often simultaneously builds you a content library to repurpose and use for other marketing objectives. 📸 Vidsta Booking Policy – Shoot Days We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how we handle bookings and cancellations for your peace of mind and ours: ✅ Confirming a Shoot Once a shoot is confirmed, your booking is secured in our calendar. You’ll receive an email with the shoot details and a direct link to reschedule or cancel if needed. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations Cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours of the scheduled shoot time incur a $75 booking fee. Exceptions apply for: Weather events or natural disasters Serious illness or emergencies Unforeseen acts of God To cancel or reschedule, please use the link provided in your booking confirmation or visit app.vidsta.co. We also ask that you notify your assigned Vidsta Producer directly as soon as possible to keep communication clear. 💡 Why This Policy Exists Late cancellations impact our crew’s schedule and preparation time. The $75 fee helps cover those operational costs. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to capturing great content with you.
